How long does it take for my order to reach me?

After placing order, you will be contacted within 2 working days for confirmation of order. Delivery date will subsequently be arranged based on advised delivery schedule.

What are the delivery charges?

Free delivery above $80 per order, $15 will be charge for delivery for orders below $80.

How do I enjoy free delivery?

Order above $80 per transaction.

What if the product I want to purchase is not available in stock?

Click on notify me when stocks are available, we will contact you to advise on the earliest date of stocks arrival.

What if I am not at home for my delivery?

Delivery time and date will be agreed upon by the confirmation of order, in the event, that the delivery cannot be completed due to recipient not being home, we will have to reschedule the delivery and there will be a separate delivery charge of $15 (collection upon delivery by Cash only)

Can I order without signing up as a member?

Yes of course. However, we recommend you join us as a member to enjoy more promotion and occasional promo codes. Membership are free too!

What is the difference between signing in as a member and a guest?

Signing in as a member will have your previous purchase records for easy new purchases.

How would I know if my order is successful?
  1. If you’re making payment through Paypal, you will receive an email from us and Paypal.
  2. If you’re making payment through Cash on delivery, you will receive an email from us.

How to report Return/Exchange claim?

Please send us an email together with the order email and state the reason of return/exchange with pictorial proof within 7 days of receipt. Products can be exchanged provided they are in new, unused and on its original packaging. Our staff will contact you shortly for the arrangement.
